INGREDIENTS
- Ice (3/4 glass, large cube preferred)
- 1/2 oz raw organic agave syrup
- Splash orange bitters
- 2 splashes chocolate bitters
- 2 oz Sin Ley Mezcal
- 1/4 oz cherry syrup
METHOD
- Fill glass 3/4 full with ice
- Add agave syrup, bitters, and Sin Ley Mezcal
- Stir gently to chill and integrate
- Add cherry syrup, stir once more
- Garnish with fresh or dehydrated orange peel and a cherry
